3 Margherite grows organic fruit and vegetables, produces wine and olive oil, and breeds livestock. We grow our produce on sloping ground supported by large retaining structures (dry-stone walls) at various altitudes (400 to 1000 metres above sea level). The complex housing the company headquarters and farmhouse is situated in a medieval village on the slopes of Mount San Pietro.
